(પ્રમોટર સેલિંગ શેરહોલ્ડર) દ્વારા કુલ 4,32,39,042 ઇક્વિટી શેર સુધીના વેચાણ માટેની ઓફરનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. દરેક ઇક્વિટી શેરની ફેસવેલ્યુ રૂ. 10 છે.
