TERMS & CONDITIONS:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Please allow us four weeks to start your Subscription from the date of receipt. 2) The Subscription would commence only after you Cheque/DD is credited in our books of accounts. 3) Subscription once booked cannot be cancelled or transferred in someone else name. In the unfortunate event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control we would refund the balance amount after deducting a flat amount of 25% which please note. Further if you have booked a Subscription by taking the gift option then refund would not be possible. 4) In the case of Cheque returned due to non availability of funds, you will be liable to pay Rs 100 additional & the entire amount would be now collected in CASH Only. 5) We would not be responsible for non/late receipt of your Subscriptions sent by post/Courier due to incomplete address/info or incorrect/unclear address.Hence we would not be liable for compensating for any missed issues due to the same. 6) We would not be bound to send the Subscription copies a second time which are not received by Post/Air Mail, as we do not have direct control on the same. At the most we can arrange to send you the missed copies by email in a PDF format to ensure continuity. 7) The Subscription copies which are sent by Courier are normally delivered on the same day of the market release (In Metro Cities).The copies sent by post or airmail are normally delivered within a week from the time of dispatch.We would not be bound for timely delivery for delay in the same due to unavoidable circumstances such as Public holiday or a forced holiday due to bandh, heavy rains or non availability of Public transport. 8) We would start the Subscription copies through the Vendor mode only after a final confirmation from your end, with first issue of every month. Further your monthly reimbursement Coupons would be handed over to your Vendor within two weeks from the day of receipt of your intimation. You are requested to ask your Vendor to get the same duly signed every month to facilitate regular payments. We will not pay to the Vendor if the Coupon received is not signed by you. We would be not responsible for non delivery of your copies through your Vendor due to late payments. 9) Renewals of your Subscriptions should be received atleast four weeks in advance so as to ensure a continuity of your copies. We would not be responsible for any of your missed copies due to late/non receipt of you payments. 10) All communication relating to your Subscription should be made in writing either by sending a letter or an email. 11) Subscription once booked cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
